Over a year ago I wrote a Perforce implementation for CruiseControl.rb.  The old link to this went stale (blog moved, etc.), so creating a new entry here as one way to find it.  I cannot say if this works with CruiseControl.rb these days or not, as I haven't used Perforce since August 2007.  I still use CruiseControl.rb, but now I'm fully on Git and GitHub.  I highly recommend folks take a look at Git as a superior alternative to Perforce.

My latest web app, ShipFu, is now available!  This is an incredibly simple web page where you can compare shipping rates between UPS and USPS.  No signup required, no weird underlying motivation, etc.  I built ShipFu for my own needs, and am simply making it available to others as it sure has been handy.  Check it out.

This is a very minor update, simply to deal with the change from Flickr Ticker to FotoTickr (due to some hassles they're having with Flickr). Get the update here

I've just released a beta of Visionary Saver 1.4. This new release includes two main things: * Ability to specify Flickr Ticker parameters/options, such as you can choose the Explore or standard view, or view by Email, User ID, Group ID, or a search string. Gary has been improving Flickr Ticker, and it also just got dug. * Bug fixes for the preferences storage. This is a convoluted story, but suffice it to say that if you ran version 1.3, your prefs probably didn't work properly. You can clean up any that improperly got created - see the notes in the README file (that accompany 1.4b). It is a beta, because I'm seeing sporadic crashes when closing the preferences sheet (e.g. the "Options" sheet/window where you configure the screen saver settings/options). If it does crash on you, please . If the Options sheet closes without a crash, then you should have no problems.

The next version of Visionary Saver is due out this week. I've revamped the preferences (not visually, but behind the scenes) to use Cocoa Bindings. Also, I'm adding in various options for the Flickr Ticker visualization, so that you can specify a User ID, search string, Group ID, or the "Explore" view.
